Dynamic Miracle Clay $25.00 - 1 lb jar
|
Description:
DYNAMITE
MIRACLE CLAY (tm) is an old home remedy that people have used since the
early 1900's for various reasons. Its origins are as simple and basic as
the old practice of putting mud on a bee sting. DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY
(tm) comes from a deposit in Utah and is packaged for Dynamite®, Inc.
Geologically speaking, DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY (tm) is volcanic ash which
was deposited in sea water. By modern definition, it is a swelling type
calcium bentonite (montmorillonite or calcium pascolite) in its natural
state with no additives, chemicals, or preservatives. The only
processing it undergoes is crushing. This clay is an ingredient of many
of our products, and is now being offered separately for your additional
use.
INGREDIENT:
Calcium bentonite (montmorillonite)
DIRECTIONS:
For External
Use: Mix
the DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY (tm) with water to make a gel the consistency
of mustard (see directions below). Apply the gel/paste directly on the
skin. If you want a drawing effect, as in the case of a bee sting,
mosquito bite, boil, spider bite, stinging nettle, infection, etc., do
not cover the clay, but let it dry out. As it dries, you will feel it
draw and pull. If you want a tightening effect, as in the case of a
facial for acne or pimples, leave it on until it is almost, but not
totally dry. If you want a more cooling and soothing effect, such as for
burns or scrapes and bruises, cover the area with a plastic covering or
wet cloth. If you are not sure which technique would with your needs
best, as in the case of in-grown toenails, sores that won't heal,
smashed fingernail, sprains, eczema, cuts, etc., you want to alternate
between covered and uncovered applications of clay.
For Internal
Use: DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY (tm) can be taken once or
twice daily with or without food as desired by mixing 1 to 3 heaping
teaspoons of the pre-mixed gel in a glass of cold water, juice, or milk.
There is no laboratory proof that DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY (tm) is
effective for any internal disorders, but people sometimes take the clay
for acid indigestion or heart burn for its cooling effect. People
sometimes take it for diarrhea, stomach ache, and ulcers for its
soothing effect. Some feel that its ability to absorb water is
beneficial for constipation. Again, as with most home remedies, there
are no proven studies indicating that DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY (tm) is
effective in curing any ailments.
Some practitioners advise eating a diet of only fruit and vegetables for
10 days before beginning to ingest clays. Then you may with to start
drinking only the water after the clay has settled to t the bottom of
the glass for a few hours. Gradually increase the amount until the
average adult amount of 1 teaspoon of clay per day is reached. Continue
daily for 3 weeks then a week off. You may then take clay by alternating
a week on and a week of. Be sure to drink plenty of liquids between
meals, as with any cleansing program.
TO MAKE PRE-MIXED READY TO USE GEL:
Mix 1 to parts water with 1 part DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY (tm) to make a
gel or mud the consistency of mustard. You can use a blender or mixer to
speed up the process or you can just shake or stir by hand with a
non-metallic spoon, and then wait 3-4 hours for the clay to activate. It
should make a mud the consistency of mustard. If it seems too thin, add
more DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY (tm), if it seems too thick, add more water.
Keep the gel in a covered, non-metallic container and it will not
dry out and will not separate. It stores with or without refrigeration
for an indefinite period of time, which makes it a good item to keep on
hand in every vehicle you own. If it does dry out over prolonged
storage, just add water and re-mix.
If you don't want to use the gel, you can mix 1 teaspoon of the dry
DYNAMITE MIRACLE CLAY (tm) powder with 1/2 glass water, stir and let it
set for 6-8 hours or overnight. You may drink the clear liquid or
re-stir and drink the entire mixture. Using the pre-mixed gel eliminates
the 6-8 hour wait.
For horses it
may be used internally or externally as desired. It is
excellent for legs and hooves, adjust consistency to suit your needs. As
a leg tightener, apply to desired area in a thin layer, and let dry. You
may leave it on overnight, then rinse off. For hoof abcesses or after
race soreness, apply the Miracle Clay thickly to the bottom of the hoof,
and cover with a piece of brown paper cut to the exact size of the
hoofprint. Leave in place for 6- 12 hours, or until it falls out by
itself. May also be used on areas of body soreness. Since Roman times,
clays have been used as a diagnostic tool. Applied to an area, the
drying pattern will indicate the exact location of the compromised
tissue, as the heat will keep the clay moist for a longer time. Miracle
Clay has also been used successfully as a post-vaccination poultice, to
minimize soreness and tissue reaction. Performance horses with stomach
ulcers have also shown a positive response to an ounce of Miracle Clay
daily, administered on an empty stomach as a gel by mouth.
It is thought that horses fed quantities of grain become irritable and
"tie up" due to the grain by product, propionic acid (also
true of performance dogs). You might consider trying the DYNAMITE
MIRACLE CLAY (tm) gel for this problem. One (1) teaspoon for dogs and 1
oz. for horses as needed.
Eleanor Kellon, Veterinary Editor of
John Lyon's Horse Journal, says:
"We found your clay to be an excellent choice, particularly for
infrequent poultice users, combining ease of storage, virtually unlimited
storage time, great versatility in allowing other
ingredients/medications to be added to the mixture,
unsurpassedgentleness and the drawing and tightening qualities of a
premium quality clay".
Debbye Dyer from Arkansas has this
story to tell about Miracle Clay (tm):
"On the 4th of July 1999 my 2 year old son stepped into a fire ant
mound. Some of you may not know what fire ants are, but we in the South
are plagued with them. The bites sting and cause bumps that resemble a
pimple. They have been known to kill horses, cattle, pets and even
humans. The ants covered his feet, ankles and lower leg. Luckily we were
only a few feet from our pond, so I grabbed him and put him in the pond
and covered his legs with mud to get the ants off and then rushed him to
the house to run cold water over him to stop the burning. His legs and
feet were swelling with huge white whelps all over. While wondering what
to put on him I remembered I had just gotten a jar of Miracle Clay(tm).
I had never used Miracle Clay(tm) and did not know just how to mix it
and was totally unaware that it needed to sit for several hours to
activate. I mixed it a little too weak and applied it and left it on all
night. I also mixed up more, the right way, and left it overnight. The
next morning Cody had the pus bumps all over his legs and feet but less
swelling. After his bath I applied more Miracle Clay(tm), several hours
later when I washed it off many of the pus bumps were gone. I applied it
again that night and the next morning all the pus bumps were gone. If
you have children or spend a lot of time outdoors, please do not be
without this product. I think Cody could have gotten really sick from
this if the Miracle Clay(tm) had not started pulling the poison from his
system immediately." |
