Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or standard fees will be charged. You
must confirm by phone or email. Do not just leave a message.
You must call upon your return, if I do not receive a confirmation call you have returned I will come for an additional visit and you will be charged. This is to protect your pets in case you can not return when you are scheduled. |

Payment policy:
Cash or check is accepted.
Holidays- 50% deposit required reserving your time before departure. An extra $5.00 per day is charged for all holidays. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day. |
